Santini's New York Style Deli is a family-owned business with locations in Reston, Sterling, Oakton, Chantilly, McLean, Fairfax and now in Ashburn. If you are looking for great food prepared fresh to order, then Santini’s is the place for you. Our New York Style atmosphere creates the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We work very hard everyday to ensure that our service and the quality of our food continues to be what you expect and deserve in all of our locations.

Santini's New York Style Deli Story

Do you remember how good food tasted when you were a kid? For me, it was because my mom was such a great cook. Not only did she know how to cook, she knew how to buy. She also knew how to prepare, season, and serve. Where I grew up, in the New York area, eating was an event. We always looked forward to eating, whether it was Sunday dinner or a Friday night out at one of the great restaurants in that area.

When we opened the first Santini's New York Style Deli in 2003, my sons and I wanted to capture that same essence and create an environment that made me feel like a kid again. At each of our Santini's New York Style Deli, we have incorporated all of these basic principles in our day-to-day operations. We know how to buy the best food. We prepare and season it just for you when you order. We want you to rave about Santini's New York Style Deli.

First and foremost we buy only the best products we can find. Our meats are the top choice and are cut fresh every day. The chicken and steak we purchase are top of the line. Our fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh every morning. Even our condiments and beverages are the best.

Locally Baked, Freshly Served

Our famous rolls and bread are baked by a local Italian bakery every night while most of you sleep and are delivered to Santini's New York Style Deli early each morning. Our bakery products have no preservatives, making them taste better and are better for you. Since we use so many rolls, we always serve freshly baked rolls and use day-old bread for croutons.

Quality You Can Taste

Just imagine our steak and cheese sandwich, (our most popular), served on a freshly toasted sub roll, seasoned perfectly with your choice of onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, or cheese. All of the more than 50 sandwiches we serve are prepared with the same love and care. Wait until you try the “Godfather”. We take the best Italian meats and combine them with lettuce, tomato, oil, and vinegar and your choice of peppers and/or onions. I’m getting hungry just writing this!

When you are in the mood for a great salad or piping hot soup, take a look at our menu. We make each of our salads fresh every day. Our soups are the best in the area. Our desserts and sweets come directly from a specialty bakery, just like New York. Our cannolis are from Vaccaro’s and are made individually when you order

Authentic New York-Style Pizza

If you haven’t tried our pizza, then you are missing the best New York Style Pizza in the area. How do we know? Just ask our customers. We sell so many pizzas that we actually run out of pizza boxes on a regular basis. Our recipe calls for a thin crisp crust, Grande cheese, and Italian pizza sauce, and fresh toppings, baked in a fired brick oven. I’m getting hungry again! I can’t describe our enormous calzones. Just come in and order one for yourself, or to share. They are big enough for two.

Santini's New York Style Deli began in Sterling in 2003 and has since grown to eight Northern Virginia locations: Oakton (2005), Reston (2008), Chantilly (2011), McLean (2014), Fairfax (2015), and Ashburn (2018). Each restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere, spacious seating, large HD TVs for sports, and the same commitment to serving fresh, made-to-order favorites that have made Santini's New York Style Deli a local favorite for more than two decades.
